Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – Nuvora Plumbing
At Nuvora Plumbing, we comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and applicable Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, including all protective materials and components
- Returns must be arranged and received within 30 days of purchase
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied
- A restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund at our discretion
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
- Refunds may be reduced or declined if items are not returned in original condition or packaging
- Restocking fees may be deducted where applicable
- Please allow reasonable processing time for refunds to be completed once approved
Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a remedy where goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or otherwise fail to meet statutory guarantees.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
- Installed, used, or altered products
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as toilet seats once opened or installed
- Any items not returned in original condition or packaging
Damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights under consumer law.
Warranty – Nuvora Plumbing
All Nuvora Plumbing products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by product type and brand.
Warranty generally applies where products are:
- Installed and used according to manufacturer instructions
- Used for their intended residential or commercial purpose
- Installed by a qualified professional where required
- Not modified, misused, or incorrectly installed
Warranty coverage is typically valid within New Zealand and Australia. Products used outside these regions may not be covered under manufacturer warranty terms.
