Terms of Trade – Nuvora Plumbing

These Terms of Trade apply to all purchases made from Nuvora Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Business

Nuvora Plumbing supplies branded plumbing products as an importer, wholesaler, and retailer. We do not provide installation, plumbing, or trade services. All installation work is the responsibility of the purchaser or their chosen licensed tradesperson.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation by Nuvora Plumbing. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Correct pricing, description, or product errors
Limit quantities on certain products
Cancel orders where payment cannot be verified

A contract is formed only once payment has been received in full (unless credit terms have been agreed in writing).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless prior credit arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout or invoice.

4. Delivery and Risk

We arrange delivery through third-party freight and courier providers.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch or collection by the carrier
Customers must provide accurate delivery information
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control
Re-delivery or address correction fees may apply where incorrect details are provided

5. Title (Ownership)

Ownership of goods remains with Nuvora Plumbing until full payment has been received and cleared. Once payment is received, ownership transfers to the customer.
